At Blink, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cutting-edge electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Blink account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Device
Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
